Pre-launch policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Prepared 11 September 2026 · Effective when the public service launches

Before work begins

A client may cancel for a full refund before evidence collection or professional review has started.

After work begins

Each review is prepared for a specific journal. Once work has started, cancellation is not automatically refundable. We will assess any request fairly based on the work completed and any recoverable costs.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot deliver the agreed review for reasons within our control, the client may choose a revised delivery date or a full refund.

Corrections are not a new purchase

Factual errors within the agreed scope will be corrected without charge when reported promptly. One focused re-check of publisher corrections is included within 90 days.

Indexing decisions

A refusal, delay or other decision by an indexing organisation is not grounds for a refund. The purchased service is the independent readiness review, not an indexing outcome.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Reply to the quotation, invoice or order-confirmation message and include the request reference. We will acknowledge the request and explain the outcome in writing.

Final payment-provider procedures and statutory refund information will be added before public launch.
Journal Quality & Compliance

Evidence-backed journal readiness review.

Journal Quality & Compliance is an independent review service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by DOAJ, Elsevier/Scopus or Clarivate/Web of Science. The service does not guarantee or predict an indexing decision.
